Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Full Kit service operated by Lance Bricca ("us", "we", "our").

Full Kit is a comprehensive development boilerplate designed to help developers and businesses quickly launch Software as a Service (SaaS) products or web applications. It provides a range of pre-configured modules and functionalities, including user management, payment integration, dashboard and analytics, admin functionality, email and Slack integration, MongoDB integration, security features, API endpoints, and error handling.
3. User Accounts
3.1. To use certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.
3.3. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.
3.4. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lance Bricca and its licensors.
4.2. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Lance Bricca.
4.3. While you retain ownership of any applications or products you build using our template, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

5.1. You agree to use Full Kit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
5.2. You agree not to use the service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
- To transmit any material that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
- To attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
5.3. You agree not to misuse our Service by interfering with its normal operation, or attempting to access it using a method other than through the interfaces and instructions that we provide.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Service you choose.
6.2. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in the Service's refund policy.
6.3. We use Stripe for payment processing. By using our payment system, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
7. Data Usage and Privacy

7.2. You retain all rights to your data. We will not share or use your data except as necessary to provide our services to you.
7.3. We use MongoDB for data storage. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information as described in our privacy policy.

8.1. The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google (for sign-in), Stripe (for payments), SendGrid (for emails), and Slack (for notifications). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

In no event shall Lance Bricca, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
10.2. We are not responsible for any content, code or applications built using our template.
11. Disclaimer
11.1. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
11.2. We do not guarantee that our service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
11.3. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
